Brooklyn vibes in Frankfurt for Pilates Queens and Kings: JULY BABY Pilates

Boutique Pilates studio in Nordend that feels like Brooklyn transplanted to Frankfurt. Founded by Maribel Goncalves, JULY BABY is a movement space, health bar, and concept store. Reformer and mat Pilates classes are small and well-taught. The health bar is actually good – stay for a matcha, juice, coffee, yoghurts to go and vegan and gluten free banana bread after class (currently open Th & Fr 10-14h – check additional opening hours on Instagram). Maribel has built something rare here: a place that works as both a studio and a gathering spot without trying too hard.

What to know: Book in advance, classes fill quickly. Located in Nordend, easy to reach by U-Bahn. Also offers workshops, personal training, and occasional events.
