The Alo Yoga Studio is a not so hidden gem in the Alo Yoga store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York City. You go up on the second level and find a sanctuary with powerful and calm aesthetic. They offer different types of classes as well as sound baths. My take: Join an early morning class and go up slooowly to window shop before the masses arrive.
