Coffeeism Co. is one of the crowded coffee spots in Palm Springs for a good reason. It's a small cute café, with very friendly baristas and great choices. My order was the americano with oatmilk, pretty classic, but also a good proof to taste their good coffee. Next time I would try the Kiss Kiss Bangkok- a matcha that comes with cardamom-lemongrass syrup, coconut cream and thai basil. If you go there, check out the cute merch and atch out for even cuter dogs visiting the café.
