Ernest Coffee is in the Northern part of Palm Springs and woth the walk if you stay in the South. They have a range of specialty coffee and matchas plus some pastries. My order was the iced matcha with oat milk-you can choose between a regular cup and a can to safely transport it for a picnic or longer ride. The baristas are super sweet and have made my stay very enjoyable.
