Nhow Hotel is located at the Frankfurt Messe and is the reason I added Hotel Gyms as a new category to the guide. The gym itself is small but well equipped and does the job for a workout between meetings or after a long travel day. The reason I keep coming back to Nhow Frankfurt is the rooftop. The NFT Skybar on the 47th floor hosts special events combining Yoga and Pilates with a brunch afterwards, one of the more unique ways to move in this city. A perfect spot to bring a friend or meet people when you are new in Frankfurt or just visiting. Check the summer specials when you plan your visit.
