Go up to the fourth floor and you will find a welcoming place that feels familiar from the first visit. - **The Space:** Intimate and calm, high above the street noise of Midtown Manhattan - **The Classes:** Yoga and Pilates across different styles and all levels - **The Vibe:** Cozy, warm and welcoming - **Best For:** A yoga class in Midtown before brunch or a shopping trip on 7th Avenue I joined a yoga class with Emma. The class was challenging without ever becoming too much. For me the perfect break in between my city trip.
