The Tropicale in Palm Springs is the perfect Brunch location for a full city experience. It is divided into an inside and outside area-both very inviting spaces, depending on the heat. It offers also multiple vegan and vegeterian options, definitely something where everybody can find their best choice. My order is the Bloody Mary and the Chilled Avocado & Iceberg Wedge Salad-but make sure to swap for the Green Goddess Dressing.
