The Waldorf Astoria in Bangkok is a good address like their sisters worldwide to calm down at the gym or pool. I personally recommend it for another reason: The bar on top. Especially if you are a woman traveling alone for work, you want to find a place where you can sit down and relax after a long day at work and after your workout. The drinks are special and the staff is very friendly. And of top, the interior is doing its job: Calming you down and helping to just sip and relax-watching the busy streets of Bangkok on top with a beautiful view.
